These Terms govern your use of Al Halaq Store (store.alhalaq.com) and any purchase you make. By using the store you agree to these Terms.

The store & accounts

Al Halaq Store sells salon and barber equipment. Some features, including trade (wholesale) pricing, are available to verified salon accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR) and include 5% VAT where applicable. We make every effort to display accurate prices and stock, but may correct genuine errors and decline or cancel an affected order with a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken through our secure payment provider at checkout. An order is confirmed only after payment is authorised. Card details are never stored on our servers.

Delivery & pickup

We offer delivery and click-and-collect (pickup) within Oman. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Returns

Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items may be returned in line with our returns process. Please contact us through the store to arrange a return.

Liability & governing law

The store is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
