Where do you deliver in Oman?
We deliver across Muscat Governorate and offer click-and-collect from our warehouse. Contact us for delivery options outside Muscat.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Prices shown include Oman's 5% VAT, and eligible business customers receive a VAT invoice with every order.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Click & Collect is free and eligible orders can be collected from our warehouse on the same day.
What is your return policy?
Equipment that arrives damaged or faulty can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging and contact our team with photos.
